Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, PCI Compliance on a permanent basis in our innovation team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Canada. Exciting opportunity for a proactive Manager of PCI Compliance to lead and continue development of our existing program, driving seamless coordination of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to ensure full compliance. As the key liaison with the PCI Compliance Committee and PCI Governance Committee, you'll play a pivotal role in driving progress and anticipating future compliance needs. Join us in this dynamic position, collaborating with diverse Business Units, project leads, and Co-ops, while implementing robust policies, assisting control uplift and training plans for a rewarding career in ensuring regulatory adherence.

**What you’ll do**:

- Design and lead PCI data handling compliance program for FCL and local Co-ops, with clear program scope and expectations.
- Stay updated on PCI DSS and Payment Card regulations and communicate necessary changes to control owners.
- Assist in educating and guiding local Co-ops on Payment Card compliance efforts and monitor program status and future needs.
- Coordinate with FCL projects to ensure PCI compliance, support IT teams in meeting regulatory requirements, and develop necessary controls.

**The Team**:You will work closely with the Manager, Controls & Governance, the PCI Compliance Committee, Business Unit Leads and the PCI Governance Committee. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaborative innovation and adaptability.

**The Collaborators**:You will work closely with other functions in our innovation business unit and collaborate across the organization with local Co-ops, regulatory bodies, contractors and third party vendors.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:

- Have 4+ years of experience working in the security regulatory/compliance field, with at least 2+ years working in PCI compliance.
- Current or recent work as a QSA or ISA with previous Program Management Experience.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience with security frameworks of the payment industry (PCI-DSS, SAQ types and guidance, SSF requirements, P2PE standards).
- Experience developing and reporting on metrics to provide for different levels of an organization technical security-specific background and an understanding of the digital economy.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, IT or related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Designations in PMP, CISSP, PCIP are considered an asset.
