**About the Role**

Trackless Vehicles is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The position reports to the Marketing Manager; this is a full-time (on-site in Courtland, ON) permanent opportunity with room for growth

**The Digital Marketing Strategist’s Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns to generate leads and conversions for the company, as well as track ad analytics and report on them monthly. Continually monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements and maximize ROI and increase leads.
- Manage and work to improve online marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize digital content that enhances search engine visibility and increases organic traffic.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support their initiatives.
- Design, develop and manage graphic user interface elements within the company’s WordPress-based website to create a more positive user experience.

**Your Skills**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), as well as knowledge of online advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design software.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain an organized and effective personal work environment.
- Proficiency in web design languages (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and with content management systems (such as Cascade, WordPress, etc.).

**Your Education Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Your Past Experience**:

- 1-2 years of previous relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
