We are a growing sustainable deconstruction/demolition brand in Metro Vancouver. We have 14 years of experience in the construction industry and we continue to build solid long-term relationships with general contractors.

We are looking for smart and skilled individuals who want to join our team as full-time employees, who can see the long term benefits we provide. We work on a wide range of projects in residential and commercial construction, with varying levels of complexity and length.

Job duties:

- Complete deconstruction/demolition work safely efficiently
- Remove and deconstruct drywall, floors or any type of material that needs to be demolished
- Removing debris at the construction sites using wheelbarrows and other equipment
- Assist in using the jack hammer, jammer and other hand tools with deconstruction
- Ensure the job site is clean and tidy
- Organize tools for the Foremen
- Provide Foremen updates regarding timelines and time
- Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
- Assist the Foremen to set up and take down of job sites
- Coordinate garbage pickup and drop off
- Perform other activates at construction sites, as directed

Qualifications:

- Professional, capable, smart and hard working
- Comfortable with ladder and/or occasional scaffolding work
- Not afraid of dusty/dirty environments
- Have a smart phone and reliable transportation
- Able to work days and occasional night shift as required
- Interested in working on occasional away project (BC only)
