**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership and Operational Excellence**:

- **Inspire and Manage**: Supervise and mentor our daycare team, ensuring every member is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with our mission.
- **Take Charge**: Coordinate staff schedules, delegate responsibilities, and manage resources to ensure seamless operations.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
