**About the Opportunity**

The Service Technician will work in a team to provide building washing, roof and gutter cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, and snow removal services in Surrey, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and Mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Traveling to job sites to provide building maintenance.
- Provide services from the ground, ladder, and/or rooftops using the required safety and other equipment to perform tasks including Building Washing, Roof and Gutter Cleaning, Window Washing, Pressure Washing, Snow Removal

**Requirements**:

- Fall Safety Training or Aerial Lift Certified (preferred with higher starting wage)
- Be able to work outdoors in all conditions.
- Must be able to work at heights on ladders and rooftops.
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and perform labour tasks.
- BC Driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites in Surrey, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and Mission
- Work well in a team
- Ability to communicate with supervisor and co-workers to complete tasks safely and efficiently

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
