Sharpener / Cashier

Seeking part time cashier and sharpener for growing knife business in downtown Toronto.

Employee will work at various locations around the GTA or in a mobile sharpening van. Tasks include:

- Operating POS system
- sharpening knives using a bench grinder
- driving to farmer's market's or other locations

Interest or experience in knife sharpening

Excellent customer service

Strong work ethic

Attention to detail and good focus

Experience with grinders or other machinery

Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted

Clean driver's abstract and valid class G license

Own vehicle a bonus

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
