**We Are Growing**
CapriCMW has recently merged with Rogers Insurance and will be known as Acera Insurance. The merger combines the strength and stability of two award-winning independent and employee-controlled companies, consolidating a wide range of professional expertise and decades of experience in insurance, risk management and group benefits. With 1,000 employees located in over 50 offices across Alberta, BC, Ontario and the Yukon, along with $1 billion in gross written premium, we’re positioned to be a leading national insurance brokerage with deep roots in the local communities which we continue to serve.
**Job Summary**
The Client Service Advisor assists the Client Executive(s) in providing the highest quality service to CapriCMW clients; mentoring and coordinating the administrative and marketing processes within their sales team
**Essential Job Functions**
- Creates & executes client service plans, service deliveries, ensuring commitments are tracked and reported in a unified and meaningful way to the client
- Monitors client satisfaction through maintaining relationships
- Contributes in regular meetings with team to ensure you are up to date on all pending client issues, changing needs, implementing service plans, and other issues
- Creates proposals for clients and prospective clients that demonstrate CapriCMW’s unique approach to mitigating business risk
- Educates clients to ensure they understand their business risks and insurance coverage
- CapriCMW Leader in the client and insurance industry through professional writing, speaking and networking engagements
- Supports processes and procedures and past practices; participates in team meetings
- Advocates for changes and additions to service plans that increase value for clients
**Competencies & Qualifications**
- Supports a climate in which teams want to do their best
- Adaptable to working effectively as a team or independently with the ability to adjust to tight and changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maximize efficiencies by leveraging technology, tools resources and information
- Self-guided learner & solves problems with real solutions
- Level 2 BC Broker License
- Minimum 5 years in similar role, with extensive marketing/support experience in large commercial placements
- Working knowledge of insurance document management software
- Skilled user of Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
