Experienced Roofers

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure roofs are watertight.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials as needed during installation or repair processes.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste materials and keeping tools organized.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a related maintenance person role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment relevant to roofing tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications accurately.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Knowledge of safety practices in construction environments.
- Experience in carpentry or building is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
