As the Product Manager for Hearing Screening Solutions, you will be a pivotal member of the SHOEBOX Diagnostics Product Management team. Your primary focus will be to define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our hearing screening solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.
**Your primary responsibilities**:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for hearing screening solutions.
- Translate market trends and requests into new solutions and experiences that will meet the hearing care market needs and grow our business, both today and well into the future. Think beyond just the product and consider the entire ecosystem.
- Act as the voice of the customer and conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and understanding.
- Research and communicate market challenges and use cases to stakeholders through presentations and problem definition documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure problems and use cases are well understood and solutions will address the market needs.
- Prioritize initiatives with corresponding justification toward the business goals and strategy.
- Work closely with marketing to develop the core positioning, and value proposition messaging, for the solution and new features.
- Develop core positioning, value proposition messaging, and educational content.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and present product and market information.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Product Manager or strategic sales/marketing, preferably in software and healthcare.
- Familiarity with the full product life cycle management from early concept to successful roll-out, post launch monitoring, updates and phase-out.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with engagements around user interviews, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and presenting a business value proposition for the proposed initiatives.
- Experience with Agile software development process and collaboration with software product owners, UX designers, and the rest of the software engineering team.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Strong analytical skills for data-informed decision making.

- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.

- Experience in the SaaS market or healthcare/medical device industries.
- Familiarity with the hearing care industry.
