**PROCESSING ASSISTANT**
**Position: Full time**

The Processing Assistant embodies skillful communication and effective problem solving.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Carry out administrative activities
- Ensure the portal is updated appropriately
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Update tracking spreadsheets as required
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Other tasks as assigned
