Description du poste:
Responsabilités clés:
- Mettre en œuvre des plans d'intervention adaptés aux besoins de chaque enfant.
- Fournir un enseignement en groupe et un soutien individuel aux enfants âgés de 2 à 10 ans.
- Favoriser un environnement de soutien et d'inclusion.
- Collaborer avec d'autres éducateurs, thérapeutes et parents pour assurer un soutien complet à chaque enfant.
- Surveiller et documenter les progrès des élèves et apporter les ajustements nécessaires aux plans éducatifs.
- Utiliser une variété de méthodes et de stratégies pédagogiques pour s'adapter aux différents styles et capacités d'apprentissage.
- Créer des leçons engageantes et interactives qui favorisent le développement cognitif, émotionnel et social.
Qualifications:
- Expérience avec les enfants âgés de 2 à 10 ans dans un cadre d'éducation spécialisée.
- Forte compréhension des handicaps de développement et des troubles de l'apprentissage.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Patience, empathie et passion authentique pour aider les enfants ayant des besoins spéciaux.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities**:
- Implemented interventions plan tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide both group instruction and one-on-one support to children aged 2-10.

- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
- Monitor and document student progress and make adjustments to educational plans as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children aged 2-10 in a special education setting.
