Veterinary Receptionist

Join our growing team in north Waterloo as a PT Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist. We are looking for a vibrant client care representative who is self motivated, detail orientated and able to work in a fast paced environment, friendly and professional. You will be responsible for assistant and receptionist duties, creating an outstanding first impression for our clinic; as well as patient record maintenance, and effective follow through with clients.
- previous and recent veterinary clinic experience
- knowledge of and experience with Avimark
- exceptional customer service skills
- passionate & compassionate about client and patient care
- a thirst to learn and grow, aiming long-term commitment
- team player & uses initiative in decision making
- able to multi task
- strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
