**Agrologist - Full Time**

Our Agrologists are experts in their field, bringing their combined technical and project coordination experience to every project to help support their teams and clients to success.

We are seeking a technical professional who thrives on bringing the pieces together and being a go-to project coordinator. An emerging leader, keen on transferring their knowledge and experience within their team.

Our team is known for our proactive approach, integrity, and quality product: we proudly stand by our high standards. We are a collective of motivated individuals with high accountability to ourselves and our clients, and our Agrologists are a key part of our dynamic team.

Your role will include conducting soil classification and terrain surveys, including soil sampling, analyzing field data, interpreting analytical data, and mapping soil according to the Canadian System of Soil Classification. You may provide on-site expertise for environmental monitoring for compliance with environmental and regulatory guidelines. You will work with senior technical staff to deliver high quality products to meet our client’s specific needs.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Soil Science, Environmental Science, or a related field;
Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.) designation or working towards one;
- Minimum of five years of experience of environmental consulting, or equivalent industry experience;
- Experience with provincial and federal environmental regulatory procedures; (environmental and agricultural impact assessments/studies, due diligence studies, habitat restoration) and natural heritage policies in Ontario;
- Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills;
- Established skills including designing field studies, physiographic and soil assessment, preparing technical correspondence and project reports.

**Additional Bonus Variables (Not required, but good to have)**:

- Construction Site Inspectors of Sediment and Erosion (CISEC) qualified
