**About the Job**

This position is responsible for demonstrating Dawn products by supporting the commercial team with commercial development, sales, and customer satisfaction with high potential customers. This will consist of product presentations, demonstrations, trade show involvement, customer trial and troubleshooting.

**What Does It Take to be a Baking Expert Trainee at Dawn Foods?**
- 1 year experience working as a Baker/Pâtissier
- Culinary Arts Degree preferred
- Excellent English communication skill
- Fluent in French (speaking and writing) preferred
- MS Office products is an asset
- Ability to travel, i.e., flying, driving, and overnight travel as required

**What You'll Do as a Baking Expert Trainee?**
- To demonstrate the company’s products in a wide range of company situations within Canada.
- Follow-up to the pending issues derived from the product demonstrations, in order to ensure that the sales cycle is completed, and the product demonstration becomes a systematic sale to the customer
- Develop a clear understanding of all Dawn product capabilities and effectively communicate those to new and existing customers
- To prepare visit reports in a timely and professional manner
- To continuously improve knowledge of the industry and region
- To introduce new products and build on core product range with existing channels and customers
- To work with NPD teams as appropriate in the development of new products and customised products as required
- To organise raw materials /finished products and stand displays for trade shows on behalf of Dawn Foods.
- Provide information on customers/ market trends and competitors

- Frequently required to bake or fry in the kitchen lab.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
