We are currently looking for a Director, Project Services.

YOUR MISSION

A project planning, cost control and schedule tracking group that is mainly responsible for developing sound planning and appropriate reporting tools for all projects while ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets in collaboration with NMG’s Finance Department.
A contract management and administration group, which is also responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts, managing contract amendments, and resolving contract issues.
A group in charge of procurement for current and future projects and that monitors the quality, cost and lead times of deliverables.
A group that manages project documentation and integrates, standardizes and centralizes all documentation, such as drawings, plans, specifications and other contract documents.

YOUR SKILLS PROFILE
University degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or any other field that is relevant to the position.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with previous experience in the management of engineering projects and major project construction.
Significant experience in project management in the mining, metallurgy or complex processes sector is a major asset, as is relevant experience in procurement, contract management, project control, document management, and planning.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under pressure.
Proven leadership, team management and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, judgment and meticulousness.
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems effectively and to implement long-term solutions at a fast-growing organization.
Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
