**Commercial Plumbing Dept Administrator**

Our Commercial Plumbing Dept Administrator is a crucial member of Bruin’s team; responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Ordering materials and ensuring delivery.
- Corresponding with suppliers to receive shop drawings for the projects, and tracking approvals with the general contractors, ourselves and subtrades.
- Job start files.
- Navigating various construction websites to download drawings/addendums.
- Pulling gas/plumbing permits as well as calling for inspections.
- Printing of blueprints/spec books etc., and ensuring subtrades receive them, as well as any job related material.
- Constructing the manuals at job completion.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
