- **Job Description**_
- **Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:_
- Creates a welcoming environment by greeting all guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors and calls, and taking messages for employees with the phone system
- Provide customers with information on available product and service offering
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure accurate billing and balance in daily transactions
- Check stock availability for customers as needed
- Collect payments for the COD (cash on delivery) orders through cash, cheques, credit cards as well as e-transfer
- Generating pick instructions and communicating them to warehouse staff
- Generating inventory transfer requests
- Maintain reception and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in English and time management skills
- Project a professional image
- Abilities to do basic calculations
- Abilities to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with other team members and maintain a positive work environment
