Replenishment Associate

**ROLE **The Replenishment Associate Position has a key role in ensuring that products are filled to the sales floor from the overstock or warehouse locations in an accurate and efficient manner. The Replenishment Associate will also be responsible for stacking and filling shelves and display areas in the retail showroom. The shelves must be restocked regularly and may also have the role as shelf fillers or shelf stackers

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to the following:

- Fills both primary and secondary homes from truck stock and overstock locations according to established procedures and procedures.
- Follows product locator disciplines in all product movement according to established procedures.
- Maintains overstock locations as per store audit (top cap, warehouse maintenance)
- Is responsible for garbage disposal, cardboard recycling, and the disposal of broken products in accordance with store policy.
- Repairs broken packages as needed.
- Reports stolen and damaged goods to Management.
- Operates computer and scanning tools and enters all relevant coding in POS system.
- Responsible for the safe operation of all warehouse equipment (lifts, ladders etc.).
- Plays an active role in the team by openly sharing opinions and ideas on how to improve the fill process, and by participating in meetings and all training as required.
- Engages in learning activities and listens to feedback to improve their own abilities.
- Complies with company, store, and warehouse policies.
- Abides by all health and safety programs and regulations. Reports any observed or potential hazards immediately.
- Uses professional language and maintains a professional appearance (e.g., hygiene, grooming) when interacting with others.
- Record which goods need replacing, in writing or by using an HHT.
- Load up a trolley or lift truck from the warehouse with goods for the retail selling area.
- Stacking shelves and display areas neatly.
- Make sure that goods are rotated, with the earliest sell-by dates at the front.
- Pull stock forward to the front of the shelves in an orderly fashion.
- Keep shelving and display areas clean and tidy.
- Completes other tasks, as required by manager or supervisor.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 3 years (preferred)
- Stocking: 2 years (preferred)
- POS: 1 year (preferred)
- Forklift: 2 years (preferred)
