Salon Coordinator

As an experienced Salon and Spa Coordinator at Sunshrine Day Spa & Salon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Strategically scheduling appointments to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Liaising between guests and service providers to ensure seamless experiences.
- Conducting light housekeeping and stock/inventory duties to maintain a pristine environment.
- Balancing the till and completing transactions with guests accurately.
- Being available to open the salon ahead of staff during certain shifts.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Salon/Spa industry
- Friendly and personable demeanor, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and punctuality, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Confidence, attentiveness to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Availability to work Saturdays and evenings as required.
