Student Optician

A successful and mature **Registered Optician** at Optical Thirty 8 should expect a monthly salary of **$5200-$7000** (Student Opticians **$4000-$5700**); thanks to a competitive commission program.

- have previous optical retail and/or luxury retail experience or relevant optical industry experience;
- be able to work non-traditional business hours including evenings & weekends;
- have a yearning to hit sales targets, hungry for ambition and self-improvement;
- have excellent communication skills, preferably fluent in English and another language (e.g. Cantonese, Farsi, Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil, Tagalog);
- have the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks;
- have the ability to work with a diverse client base and work in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- naturally enjoy being social and friendly with people;
- loves to smile

Responsibilities include:

- Quality-checking glasses, dispensing eyewear, trouble-shooting, contact lens fitting;
- Guiding customers in finding fashionable and functional eyewear;
- Delivering 150% humble customer service that exceeds an average customer's expectations in any shopping experience.
