We are a STEM edu-tainment company that introduces children in grades K-8 to robotics and coding concepts through the use of our patented robot building blocks and easy-to-use coding software. We’re looking to expand our company with smart, creative, and fun instructors to join our team

**Qualifications**:

- Energetic and passionate about working with K-8 children
- Willing to learn how to use technology and robotics and be proficient at it
- Ability to take initiative, work well independently and with a team
- Able to adapt and troubleshoot issues when needed
- Prior experience working with children, or coaching sports or recreation programs in a learning environment is preferred
- Must have a car and be able to travel, running classes are located in Caledon, Bolton and Brampton
- Will be available for weekend programs and/or Summer Camps
- Certifications in CPR-C/AED and/or High Five (Principles of Healthy Child Development) an asset
- Familiarize oneself with RoboThink hardware and course materials, carefully study the teacher training manual, classroom procedures, and policies
- Use RoboThink materials to conduct classes - pay attention to individual students to help them with the learning process; organize fun games in class; troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate with parents on students' progress
- Administrative tasks such as taking attendance, organizing curriculum binders and printouts
- Provide feedback and concerns back to RoboThink's management team
- Transport of class materials from storage to the classroom; clean up and pack away classroom materials for transport back to storage

**Job Types**: Part-Time, Casual, Fixed term contract
**Please Note: schedule for our summer programs are currently weekends, but will vary for each term; hours can range between 2-15 or more/week)**

**Contract length**:At least 2 months (Renewable)

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
