Outreach Representative

CONNECT provides open access, wholesale, high-speed broadband infrastructure to serve communities and municipalities in rural Alberta. CONNECT is responsible for building and operating the infrastructure necessary to bring broadband to rural homes, farms, businesses, and industrial sites.

**Job Purpose**:
The Outreach Representative will be an agent of CONNECT making professional contact with individuals in rural communities introducing our product.

**Duties**:

- Approaching rural homes, farms, businesses and industrial sites to introduce CONNECT
- Tracking areas which have been approached and finding potential areas
- Explaining Access Agreements and execution of Access Agreements
- Reporting to the Vice President, Business Services

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in direct sales is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 150 kilometers.

**Position Details**:

- Part-time, ongoing position with shifts in the evenings and on weekends.
- Minimum of 10 hours per month, with the potential for up to 50 hours per month.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
