**Dans votre rôle, vous devrez**:
Rassembler, documenter et maintenir à jour tous les documents relatifs aux Gouvernances de l’équipe du Contrôle des Matières
Participer, organiser et faciliter le déroulement d’ateliers avec divers intervenants
Supporter les projets d’amélioration continue d’envergure variée reliés au Contrôle des Matières (magasin, transport interne, transport externe, 4PL, etc)
Documenter les processus et définir les requis de fonctions spécifiques
Proposer et implanter des pistes d’amélioration

Vous avez un diplôme universitaire en Génie Industriel, Administration des Affaires, Gestion des opérations et/ou de la Logistique ou toute autre expérience équivalente
Vous avez les qualités pour travailler en équipe et vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership.
Vous êtes motivé par l’amélioration continue et adore la gestion de projet.
Vous êtes à l’aide dans un environnement syndiqué
Vous êtes prêt à voyager selon la demande
Vous êtes bilingue (français, anglais)

**In your role, you will**:
Document processes and define function-specific requirements
Establish project timelines and ensure their implementation.
Carry out improvement projects of various magnitudes, relating to Material Control (warehousing, internal transport, Expeditor, etc)
Act as change agent at all levels
Propose and implement improvement ideas
Participate, organize, and facilitate improvement workshops with various stakeholders

You have a university degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, Logistics or Operations Management, or equivalent training / experience
Your teamwork skills are proven and you are recognized for your leadership. You are motivated by continuous improvement and enjoy project management
You are at ease in a unionized environment
You are ready to travel as required
You are bilingual (french, english)
