**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and serving areas
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to meet production needs
- Upsell bakery items to customers and provide product recommendations
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation practices and food handling procedures
