APAG Elektronik Corp., Windsor Office, is looking for a talented and ardent _**Industrial Project Manager**_ who is responsible for EMS projects.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Responsible for meeting project objectives regarding quality, material, deadlines, and cost targets in the context of project implementation
- Key contact for outside project communication; representing the project internally and externally; ensuring flow of information
- Ensuring the requirements for the Industrial Engineering, Quality and Production processes according to industry standards
- Allocating work packages to the project staff in a goal-oriented manner and constant review of the work progress
- Overlooking the project process in compliance with technical, time, quality, and commercial specifications
- Conducting regular reviews and project status meetings
- Participating in the selection and monitoring of the performance of (sub)contractors and suppliers
- Supporting the continuous improvement process (CIP) in terms of production methodology, project management, tools and technologies, training, etc.
- Building relationships with the product teams of customers
- Developing the project requirement plans according to customer requirements
- Preparing the project schedule including resource and cost planning
- Ensuring clean and complete documentation of the project
- Maintaining technical know-how and core competencies of the product lines
- **Qualifications**_
- Post-Secondary Education in Engineering or equivalent
- Three years of automotive engineering or automotive project management
- Project Management Certification preferred
