April-November: daily start time is 6:45am Monday-Friday (45-55 hours/week)

YARD LOCATION: 15676 McCOWAN ROAD, STOUFFVILLE

**We're currently looking for an experienced Landscape Carpenter to act as a Lead Hand on our carpentry projects from start to finish. **Most of the projects that will be decks of various sizes and shapes, from walkout decks to second story decks. In addition to decks there will also be smaller projects such as building wooden pergolas, fences and gates. A typical project can range anywhere from one day up to several weeks depending on the scale.
- Minimum 2 years carpentry experience
- Very proficient in working with composite material, specifically Trex
- Proficient with use of various lumbers such as pressure treated, spruce and cedar
- Understanding and ability to install aluminum railings on decks and staircases
- The ability to take direction well and work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills and good communication
- Good time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Minimum Class 'G' Driver's License

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- carpentry: 2 years (required)
