**Summary**:
Reporting to the Extraction Supervisor, this position is primary responsible for providing support of the aggregates production with extraction and hauling of sand and gravel to the plant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating haul trucks with contractor
- Manage Pit activities, personal, equipment, loading and hauling
- Manage extraction line to ensure the pit run is adequate
- Mining block safety inspections and reporting
- Maximize efficiencies and maintain effective relationships with co-workers - leading by example
- Promote and maintain effective working relationships with Inland's customers

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of mining equipment and experience with maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of Safe Work Practices
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety
