With the winter season approaching, we are looking for dedicated and reliable Snow Equipment Operators to join our team and help ensure the safety and accessibility at our clients' properties during snowy conditions.

**Job Description**:
As an Operator at Futurescape Landscaping, you will play a crucial role in keeping our clients' properties safe and snow-free during the winter months. Your responsibilities will include:

- Clearing snow from parking lot and roads using trucks, loaders, snow blowers, and other tools.
- Ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Working independently or as part of a team, depending on the size and scope of the job.
- Maintaining and cleaning snow removal equipment.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in snow plowing or related work is preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in cold and sometimes challenging weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required).
