**Job Summary**:
As an **In-House Service Technician**, you will be a vital member of our technical team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary role will be to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services at customer locations. You will be working directly with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs, and maintenance of company products, systems, and equipment (Tankless water heater, Heat pump, Furnace, Air conditioners) at customer locations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of the required services.
- Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and test new equipment to meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical support to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery process.
- Accurately document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide preventive maintenance services to proactively identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance of installed systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies through continuous learning and training sessions.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Identify opportunities for selling additional services or products to customers, where applicable.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for on-site repairs and installations.

**Requirements**:

- Technical certifications or vocational training in HVAC or related field
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and completing tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of industry safety protocols and practices.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

**Schedule**: 60 hours a week

**Licenses**: Gas Fitter 2, 313A, G2 OR G Drivers License

**Pay**: 30 - 35/HR

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
