**Job Description**:
As a Random Audit Reviewer you will be responsible for carrying out the necessary verifications to ensure the quality of
_Member E-Claim_ submissions.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Compare and validate the submitted receipts with the information entered by the member.
- Phone calls to providers across Canada to validate information.
- Using the details obtained during the audit, take appropriate measures such as updating the records in our systems, make some adjustments, refer files to a Benefit Specialist for complicated adjustments and overpayments or escalating suspicious cases to our head office team for further investigation.

**Required competencies and behaviors**:

- Analytical
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Able to maintain a quick pace while providing accurate results
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingualism an asset.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Basic knowledge of BEN would be an asset
- Very reliable with excellent attendance
