**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
- Assist in drywall patch work and other construction-related tasks as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of hand tools used in painting and construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Capability to rig equipment as necessary for specific projects.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

- painting: 2 years (required)
