Maintenance Lead

**MAINTENANCE LEAD - SEAFORTH, ON**:

- Performing work in all weather conditions
- Performing general maintenance work to avoid possible failures and malfunctions
- Assisting in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Analyzing repairs and troubleshooting to find root issues
- Working with millwright support as needed
- Maintaining complete records of daily maintenance activities
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area
- Adhering to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements
- Assisting with labor duties as required throughout the facility during harvest seasons

Qualifications:

- Welding/ brazing knowledge an asset
- Ability to research and solve problems with proper decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry standards and procedures
- Strong organizational, entrepreneurial, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with many different departments, and with all levels of management and staff to assist everyone in achieving their goals
- Clear and strong communication skills
- Mechanically inclined
