We are currently providing our services for New Residential Builds, Renovations and Multi-Family projects.

**Location**: This position is based in Calgary, Alberta

**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a Drywall Service Manager to join our Calgary Warranty and Service Team. This is a working Manager position for an individual with a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as lead and contribute to a team. As the Service Manager, you will play a valuable and crucial role in contributing to the quality of Service provided to our clients through a high-quality finished product supported by strong relationships. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow and utilize their experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in hiring process for Service Team, train new staff in procedures.
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Repair and replace damaged drywall. Tape, mud, and sand to prepare for paint and texture.
- Lead and Participate in Performance Coaching, mentorship and professional development with GWI Team leaders and Service Team.
- Build, foster and maintain relationships with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Drywall Service Technician and/or Service Manager
- Extensive knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to give and take direction to work effectively alongside a team.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- Basic understanding of dispatch software.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship and the ability to work meticulously to achieve high-quality results.
- Relationship focused, willingness to participate in client, team and networking events.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
