Join Flourish At Home - a locally owned and operated business in Northumberland County providing care to our clients in their homes. Minimum two hour shifts with above average pay.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, reporting any shortages or issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning requirements.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout all tasks.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services is required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderliness in various environments.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and satisfaction of clients.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
