Supervisor Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented and followed
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction quality control, blueprint reading, and project management principles as asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
