The Department of Social Development is currently seeking individuals to work as a Housing Program Officers at the Moncton office.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:Graduation from University at the bachelor level and three (3) years of related work experience.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

**Written and spoken competence in French is required. Please state your language capability.**

Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration. Please ensure that preferred language for assessment is identified on your resume.
- One (1) year experience in Needs Assessment
- One (1) year experience in Case Management
- One (1) year experience in Property Management
- Client Service Orientation;
- Effective Interactive Communication;
- Flexibility;
- Commitment to Learning;
- Analytical Thinking/Judgment; and
- Teamwork and Cooperation.
- Ability to Use Office Technology, Software and Applications;
- Knowledge of Interviewing and Assessment Techniques;
- Planning and Organizing Skills; and
- Written Communication.

**Salary: $63 778 to $78 234 per annum**
