At **Windsor Wolves Creations** we cover all the bases for contracting, and coaching, but we do it innovatively and with over 15 years of developing our expertise. Stu combines his experience as a certified Journeyman Carpenter and his passion for coaching that developed through hockey, to create a unique couple that intends to change the design and construction industry into a more user-friendly, accepting, and reliable one.
**Responsibilities**
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
- Establishes overall account plans and maintains a sales pipeline to achieve targets and quotas.
- Establishes and maintains forecast accuracy for sales pipeline
- Identify sales opportunities with potential and existing customers
- Demonstrate cutting edge software that increases efficiencies
- Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Partner with Marketing on regional campaigns
- Promote software maintenance subscription and support contracts
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 Years sales experience in sales or related fields
- Active listening skills and ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) solutions that meet customer needs
- Ability to generate and qualify customer leads and track via CRM
- Ability to handle technical objections and clearly articulate the product architecture and its benefits
- Ability to identify decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers
- Clear understanding of how existing customers are using the products
- Self-Discipline and drive to work independently
- Professional presence and credibility
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
