**Position**: Casual Supply Resource Worker (on call basis)

**Job Summary**:
The Resource Centre Facilitator will be responsible for monitoring a high quality program for children and networking opportunities for parents and caregivers in a supportive environment under the direction of the Manager of Home Child Care. Duties are performed with respect to the varying needs of the children, parents and caregivers. They will maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications**:
Ø High school diploma or equivalent;
Ø Early Childhood Diploma from an accredited College or equivalent educational qualifications an asset;
Ø A minimum of one year experience working with children ages 0-5;
Ø Valid Standard First Aid and C.P.R Certification -Level C ;
Ø Clean Police Vulnerable Record Check;
Ø Displays a caring, compassionate and respectful attitude towards children and families;
Ø Displays the ability to communicate well orally and in writing, in English;
Ø Ability to follow direction with professionalism, shows initiative, reliability;
Ø Ability to meet the physical demands of the job;

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour and 4% vacation pay.

**Location**: 333 Churchill Avenue North
