Greenfiber Canada is a leading manufacturer of cellulose insulation and insulating building products. Since 1983, our mission has been to deliver and innovate in the green building sector, manufacturing, and marketing products for national building supply centers, contractors, and architectural partners. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our facility in Debert, Nova Scotia.
Reports to: Office Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive, enter, schedule, and confirm all orders
- Resolves customers’ delivery issues
- Verifies Open Orders reports to ensure timely invoicing and reporting of loads
- Daily process orders and deliveries utilizing several computer programs:
- SAGE 100 (formerly known as MAS200)
- Excel
- Works with plant for scheduling production.
- Invoicing and productions entries into accounting system
- Dispatches drivers
- Ensures they know route, customer requirements, and scheduled time
- Prints and supplies all paperwork for deliveries and pick-ups
- Schedules contract drivers to pick-up additional loads as demand varies
- Arranges all back hauls
- Arranges inter-company pick-ups
- Checks all incoming driver paperwork and updates spreadsheets
- Cross train in the other positions in the office
- Good telephone, computer, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Good geographical knowledge of Canada
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Bilingual in French preferred
2-5 years of customer service or general office or previous dispatch experience preferred.
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
