Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the highest quality of food
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.30-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
