Join Our Team as a Dance Instructor for Adults

**Above all we are looking for a confident and charismatic individual with a knack for teaching and explaining as well as picking up new dance steps**

Are you passionate about dance and love sharing your expertise with others? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced instructor to join our team and lead engaging dance classes for adults.

As a Dance Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Teach fun and energetic classes that cater to dancers of all skill levels
- Develop awesome relationships with your students and co workers in the studio
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity and express themselves through dance.
- Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential while fostering a love for dance and culture.

**Requirements**:

- Proven teaching ability is a must, with a talent for breaking down complex movements and concepts into easily understandable steps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Reliable and punctual, with a passion for helping others discover the joy of dance.

Dance Experience:

- Extensive experience in any style of dance and experience teaching it to others in a class setting (6+ people).
- Background in preffered style is required
- Ability to lead a class through warm up and choreography
- Ability to help students troubleshoot their movements when learning by communicating confidently and breaking things down in different ways.

Hours are flexible and dependent on demand, 95% of classes are in the late afternoon/evening.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
