Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC Machines/Mills. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate CNC Mill to perform machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Use CAD software
- Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and other accessories
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform routine maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
- Must have or be willing to obtain red seal certification
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments effectively
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
