Bayshore Home Care Solutions is looking for someone who has a passion for branch operations combined with great organizational skills, strong communication skills and confidence to be creative. The **Implementation Manager** is part of our BHCS Operations Team and will work closely with other members of the Operations Team, branch administration and our NSC partners to support the successful implementation of processes and initiatives in the branches. This individual will act as an advocate for the branches and work with Regional and Area Directors and other branch admin staff, to design implementation strategies that work with and for the branches. They will help create the value proposition for change while highlighting opportunities, risk and recommendations timelines based on their own branch experiences with project implementations.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Project Portfolio.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Use your comprehensive understanding of branch operations to lead the implementation of operational and enterprise projects. Understanding the possible challenges of the branches and developing mitigation strategies.
- Assess the impact of implementation challenges and collaborate on creative solutions to ensure positive project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Regional and Area Directors, branch leadership, BHCS Operations team and NSC partners.
- Through branch visits, meetings and events, demonstrate a continuous growth mindset and an ongoing understanding of branch operations.
- Lead project teams and ensure teams maintain focus on all the possible impacts, both positive and negative, on BHCS operations.
- Using the knowledge of branch operations, support the early identification of risks and use your knowledge to develop mitigations strategies.
- Drive Change Management through the deep understanding of day-to-day BHCS branch operations.
- Ensure the projects are successfully completed in budget, on time and in scope
- Create a motivational and creative project team space by fostering open communication, active listening and engaged conversations.
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties
**Other Responsibilities**
- Must be willing to travel to branches as required; with a valid driver’s license and access to a car as required
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
- Participate in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information in accordance with Bayshore policies
- Complete other tasks as requested
**Work Location** : Bayshore Healthcare, National Service Centre, Mississauga, ON.
In this position you will work in hybrid model, with at least two days onsite weekly.
Job Qualification
**Education**
Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in office administration, medication administration or health administration or equivalent experience would be considered
Demonstration of learning and growth mindset through continuous education.
**Experience**
- At least 3-5 years of branch administration with management and/or leadership experience and strong understanding of branch operations
- Operational experience in a health care setting is preferred with home care experience an asset.
- Proven customer relationship and communication skills
- Experience in leading projects through the full-life cycle from concept through to completion
- People leadership experience including building relationships with all levels of branch operations, including field staff
**Other**
- Valid Canadian driver’s license
- Ability to travel to branches
