Rental Agent

Owasco RV Centre is looking for an: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self Motivated Reservations Agent to join our team This is an opportunity to work for an exceptional company and enjoy the benefits of competitive pay and a great work environment.

**_Working Hours: 40 hours per week_**

Must be available: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm

**_Duties & Responsibilities:_**
- Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation
- Quoting RV Rentals
- Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
- Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent
- Completing Rental Agreements
- Daily cash and credit card transactions
- when needed
- Completing orientations of RV’s to clients during check out
- when needed

**Qualifications**:

- College or University education an asset
- The employer will provide all training
- German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 -30 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bowmanville, ON L1E 0L4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
