**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Outbound Supervisor coordinates a crew of forklift operators in daily outbound loading to meet priority overnight outbound schedules.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

**Qualifications and Key Competencies**:

- Transportation experience required - LTL experience preferred
- Management or Supervisory experience required, in a union environment preferred
- Professional attitude in all interactions representing Overland West Freight Lines
- Excellent communication skills Forklift Certification required Basic geographical knowledge of BC and Alberta an asset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to learn and operate within our in-house tracking and billing software

- Salary to be negotiated dependent on experience
