CPAP Specialist

**Requirements**:

- RN/RPN or RT is ideal but NOT mandatory
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through
- Strong team work skills
- Ability to work under a minimum of supervision
- Some travel may be required to other clinic locations

**Responsibilities**
- A clinical expert in obstructive sleep apnea educating patients on CPAP therapy treatment
- Provide patient education on the use and care of APAP, CPAP, BiPAP machines and accessories
- Communicate with sleep labs and sleep physicians in the process of fitting the correct equipment for the patient and to ensure compliance
- Assess patient and identify treatment issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Create reports, download and interpret data, and adjust PAP pressure during regular check up appointments
- Prepare all documentation with a high level of accuracy

People interested in this position will be comfortable with technology, troubleshooting and have excellent communication skills. The applicant should be proficient in MS Office with a strong ability in Excel. The applicant must be customer focused, organized, possess excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills, the ability to set priorities, follow through on tasks and have a proven ability to manage client relationships as well as maintain home care sales growth. Must have a clean criminal background check. Must demonstrate excellence in communication, written and verbal English.

You must have a valid driver's license and access to a working vehicle as you will be required to cover the occasional day in the Bowmanville or Cobourg store also.

Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**This position is a full time position Monday to Friday from 9-5**

Higher end of salary range is for a graduate Respiratory Therapist with previous CPAP experience. Monthly sales bonus from $500 to $1500 in addition to salary

Must be comfortable with dogs as our non-shedding dog comes to work everyday

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
