**We are looking for a Communication and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our office**

As a Coordinator, Communications and Marketing, you will be responsible for assisting the team in the coordination and execution of various tasks related to the department.

**Your day as Coordinator, communications and marketing**

**Marketing**
- Support the sales force regarding the update and formatting of marketing documents (both in terms of content and form);
- Layout and revise corporate documents in line with our image and established procedures;
- Collaborate in updating, integrating, and optimizing website content;
- Collect data and produce relevant analytical reports to evaluate the performance of our marketing initiatives.

**Internal communications**
- Write, produce, and distribute quality content on our various internal communications platforms;
- Support the Internal Communications Advisor in updating and improving our intranet and various internal communications tools;
- Monitor activity in our offices across Canada and promote it internally;

**Brand promotion**
- Ensure the maintenance of the online promotional items store (addition of new products, content updates, continuous improvements);
- Provide occasional support or assistance to the Montreal office manager for internal events;
- Track and manage the calendar of reservations and borrowings of our promotional tools;
- Manage the business card process;
- Ensure the logistics of orders for stationery and various communication tools from our suppliers (printers, promotional items suppliers).

**Other**
- Contribute to the achievement of the team's objectives by carrying out all other related tasks pertinent to the realization of the department's communication plans and strategies, as well as various projects;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Degree in communications, marketing, or any other relevant field;
- Knowledge of InDesign, SharePoint, Teams, and WordPress is an asset
- Creativity and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
