This is a Leadership position within the Group of Companies. Project work related to integrated sales, market segmentation and target marketing are essential components of this position.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Work closely with all departments throughout the group of companies.

Provide finance, insurance, and customer service support for a wide variety of clients; external and internal.

Balance department Return on Investment goals with KPI’s that are Customer-centric and focused on long-term, sustainable growth.

Develop a captive Lease Portfolio with a focus on profitable growth, risk mitigation, and exceptional Customer Service. Will involve development on the Sales, Marketing, and Finance side of the business on an as needed basis.

Position requires process management and legal review duties as part of the growth for this department.

Become an active contributor with the Management Team for the Group of Companies. Understanding and developing integrated sales efforts from a finance and lease perspective for all departments. This would include sales and marketing development for the manufacturing branch of the Group.

Responsible for the accounting and financial review of the Department. Monthly review and planning for KPI’s, profitability and planning at the management level. Creation and execution of a formal business plan that fits all departments annual budget guidance related to the finance department.

Provide financing solutions for sales, repairs, and third-party financing.

Provide financing programs, solutions and quotes to help the Sales team close New and Used Truck/Equipment deals.

Provide financing solutions to the Service/Body Shop departments for large repair finance requests.

Prepare, maintain, and upkeep all finance Customer information/documents and submit for approval to potential lenders.

Negotiate with and maintain vendor relationships.

Work with all departments throughout the company - an integrated approach to the business. Complete internal reporting/ review monthly.

Create a department budget for 3 different divisions within the group. Track and report monthly. Represent the Finance Dpt. in all Management Meetings with an eye towards increased opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to, market research, direct Customer solicitation,

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent Leadership Skills and an energetic Team player.

Post-secondary degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services

Previous transportation/equipment lending experience considered an asset.

In-depth understanding of financial statements and related documentation

Experience in formal strategic planning and reporting is a requirement.
