**What’s involved in this role**:

- An applicant will need to make sure that the company vehicle is kept in good condition
- Record keeping: It is important to log inspections, temperature control, and deliveries
- Customer service: A successful job applicant will maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues
- Loading the truck: A successful job applicant will need to be able to arrange and secure the products in the truck in an efficient manner
- Reporting: Report any lost product or accidents that occur during the delivery
- Responsible for collecting signatures to prove a successful delivery

**What you need to join our team**:

- Class 1 drivers’ license with air brake certification
- Physically fit with a good attendance and personal safety record
- Previous experience with handheld computers is beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of Lower Mainland and designated truck routes
- Will be required to have successfully completed a Driving Assessment
- Flexibility is a requirement as days of work and start /end times may vary with departmental needs.
