FANUC America Corporation (FAC) is currently searching for an **Associate Systems Administrator (PC Support/Deployment)** to be responsible for installing and troubleshooting corporate standard hardware and software. This position will work with end users to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Primary responsibilities will include:

- Install, deploy, move, configure, repair, and audit corporate standard hardware and software including PC’s, workstations, printers, phones, smart phones and other technologies.
- Maintain PC audit records.
- Track and audit software licensing.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including contacting vendors or other department peers for assistance.
- Provide effective and polite communication on a daily basis to end users, department peers, and vendors.
- Communicate with the Technical Group as needed to ensure problems are resolved.
- Answer and track calls at the helpdesk.
- Provide audio video conference room support and telephone support.
- Teach training classes as needed.
- Occasional travel to the US
- Associate degree in business, electronics, data processing or computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum three years of troubleshooting experience with Windows, and Microsoft products including Office and Operating Systems preferred
- Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support PC hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of general office communication wiring.
- Troubleshooting knowledge of printers, conference room equipment and computer hardware.
- Friendly and ambitious individual who can work closely with customers with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Independently motivated individual who will stay abreast on current technology.
- Working knowledge of UNIX is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
